We partner with aged care and disability support providers to deliver high-quality care to their clients. Our transparent approach ensures that our trained and experienced staff seamlessly integrate with partner organisations, adhering to their specific requirements and strengthening client relationships. We guarantee not to approach or solicit your clients to change providers.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
We provide compassionate SIL services that help individuals live more independently in a shared or individual home. In December 2024 I need to organise in-home support care to help with my husband on his discharge from hospital after a 2 month hospital stay. He needed alot of help at home. Joan in the Dee Why Office was extremely caring and pulled together a great initial team of Support Workers to help us at home. Over the next few months as our needs changed, and some of the SUpport Workers needed to be adjusted, all of the office staff were extremely caring and helpful. Couldn't have gotten through the last 4 months without Joan and all the help that she and the rest of the team coordinated. We are still using AHS now.

I knew that this journey would never waste my role that were honed by dignity, determination, respect and most importantly, the love I have for the people I care about. As an Aged Care/Disability Support Worker, I thoughtfully seek to provide support and assistance for my lovely clients. It wasn’t just my determination and willingness to help them but because I was raised in an hospitable environment filled with care and support in terms of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritually inclined loved ones. AHS family was a professional goal-driven team for me and honestly, the definition of real service with sincerity and integrity in this career. How quickly can services start once I enquire?
We know time matters — especially in urgent situations. Once we understand your needs, we can often begin services within 24–48 hours, depending on staff availability and your location.
Can I choose the same support worker each time?
Yes, where possible, we aim to provide consistency in staffing. We understand the importance of building trust and routine, so we’ll do our best to match you with the right person long-term.
